Payment Information
Payment Terms
- Due Date: Payments are due on the first business day of each month
- Late Fee: $10 per day for late payments
- Non-Sufficient Funds Check: $25 fee plus any bank charges. After two occurrences, only cash payments will be accepted
- Late Pick-Up: $10 for every 15 minutes past scheduled pick-up time
Holidays & Absences
- Holidays: Regular fees apply during holiday weeks
- Provider Vacation: Up to 2 weeks per year; regular fees still apply
- Child Absences: Full payment is required regardless of attendance
- Provider Illness Closures: No charge for days closed due to provider illness
Schedule Changes
All schedule changes (early drop-off, late pick-up, etc.) must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
