Payment Information

Payment Terms

  • Due Date: Payments are due on the first business day of each month
  • Late Fee: $10 per day for late payments
  • Non-Sufficient Funds Check: $25 fee plus any bank charges. After two occurrences, only cash payments will be accepted
  • Late Pick-Up: $10 for every 15 minutes past scheduled pick-up time


Holidays & Absences

  • Holidays: Regular fees apply during holiday weeks
  • Provider Vacation: Up to 2 weeks per year; regular fees still apply
  • Child Absences: Full payment is required regardless of attendance
  • Provider Illness Closures: No charge for days closed due to provider illness


Schedule Changes

All schedule changes (early drop-off, late pick-up, etc.) must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
